Terms of service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between Awash Valley Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in Canada with its office at 153 Hurst Drive, Ajax, Ontario L1T 0N9 ("we", "us"), and the customer who uses one of our products ("you"). Our products include Warmback and Hibret. A product may have its own additional terms, which you accept when you sign up for it; where they say something more specific, the product's terms apply.
A person who accepts these terms for a business, church or other organisation confirms that the organisation allows them to do so.
2. Using our products
- Give true information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details private.
- Use our products only for lawful purposes. Do not send spam, harass anyone, break others' rights, or try to break into or overload our systems.
- You are responsible for what you and your team, members or staff put into a product, and for having permission to contact the people you contact through it (for example under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL).
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
3. Your content and data
What you put into a product stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the product for you. We do not sell it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
4. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest text, answers or pictures. Suggestions can be wrong. Where a product sends or publishes something in your name, you decide what is sent, and you remain responsible for it.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on each product's website and in your account before you pay. They are plus applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prepaid balances are used as described on the product's billing page.
- If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Cancellation and refunds are explained in our refund & cancellation policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep our products available, secure and backed up, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may improve or change a product. If a change removes something important you pay for, we tell you in advance.
7. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (for example lost sales or lost profits), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Ending
You can stop using a product at any time. We may end a product with at least 60 days' notice; you then get any prepaid amount for unused time back. After an account ends, you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you before the change applies. Questions: support@awashvalleytech.com.
